RETURN/REFUND POLICY

• We strive to provide high customer satisfaction.  If you are not satisfied with the product, we will credit your money back minus shipping cost.

• Refund will be given in return once we received the product and verified there is nothing missing and is in AS NEW condition.

• Refund claims must be made within 14 days after receiving the item.

• A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged for return items.

• All presumed defective or wrong items must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning.
